This will be my first non-Cisco exam. For the questions that require multiple answers, does the exam indicate how many answers are required?
Are there any famous "study notes" available for fine tuning before the exam?

No, the questions do not indicate how many of the answers are right except to tell you that there is ONLY ONE answer, or MANY. Many means from ONE TO ALL.
You have to select ALL of the correct ones and NONE of the incorrect ones to get the answer for that single question right.
Single answer questions have radio buttons and multiple correct answers have check boxes.
