It's really a helpful list. Recently, I heard of a new mock exam, maybe u can add it to list: http://209.242.122.83/JavaCertification.html And I still have concern of the different difficulty level of the mock exams (as I said in my post: levels of mock exams). Can we grade the mock exams, so it will be more helpful for us to know our real level on the exam?
paul, could u include the mughal ragamuffin test too? i don't have the link. it's one test i never see mentioned anywhere. it gives you a score with no answers though! now that's just too close to the real test! jane, i've never been able to access that link either, even when joe java had posted it a few days ago. i even tried to ping the server but i got a "network unreachable" error. but i could access it from work though. it's strange.

Rolf, A mock exam without answers doesn't seem like much use to me. I suppose we could list it and put a note that says "has no answers". If it isn't on my current list, I don't have the URL.
Rolf, Paul If you want the link it is here http://www.ii.uib.no/~khalid/pgjc/jcbook/engine.html. I checked. This link is ok. I checked Chris's applet also . It is working. Is there any special consideration for Maha alone.. . The applet is loading and working also fine. regds maha anna

There's seems to be a pretty decent one that you can download from here: http://www.jttc.demon.co.uk/cert.htm called JDCert. There are two versions in the application--one for JDK 1.1 and one for Java 2. There are also paper-based versions in several formats.

I'm updating the mock.html page today. These last two pages wouldn't come up for me. Do they work for anybody else? Check out www.javaranch.com/mock.html and let me know if I have lest out any mock exams.
I checked the last two exams on your list, and the last two exams mentioned in the posts above - all came up OK for me. If you continue to have problems, what site(s) exactly are you referring to?
I was talking about the last two links in this thread. But now they're working for me. The first one turned out to be quite good. The second one appears to be the Hunt mock exam which I already have a link to.
Yeah, what's the deal with Khalid not posting the answers? If he wants it to be a super-realistic experience, he shouldn't have made the questions so hard. If he wants it to be a learning experience, he should have included the answers. My $0.02 Eric
Lionel, You gave me two more to add to my list - thanks! There were a couple of others on your list that I couldn't get to. The apollo one and the learnjava one. Anybody else have luck with these?
I posted a message earlier where a lot of url's are there. Since I was unable to filter the simulation's alone, click here to go to [url=http://www.javaranch.com/ubb/Forum24/HTML/001567.html]this site[url]. I will post some more that I have but I have a pending program to work at. Be back soon with ther url's.
I added two more to http://www.javaranch.com/mock.html I got to the apollo site: too weird. It looks like they don't even provide the answer for question 1. Still can't get to the learnjava site. I went to netcraft online. I couldn't see a demo of their product, so it makes it tough to review. But I made a link to it. Any others?
Hi Paul Thankx for the marvellous collection. BTW do u have any link on www.javaranch.com for the list of mock exams. If not, where else is this link available. Thanks.
