Polymorphism

Hi guyz, Kindly tell me is polymorphism overloading or overriding? I think polymorphism is example of both of them.
I read the question from book JAVA 2 CERTIFICATION by JAMIE JAWORSKI , Auther has written that polymorphism is only the example of overlaoding ? any1 has any good idea ?

Both are examples of polymorphism.
Overriding is just run-time polymorphism and as the definition suggests it is taken care of during run time while overloading is taken care of during compile time itself
