I cleared the test today with 81%, I don't have any background in programming in the past, the only book I used was "Beginning Java 2" by Ivor, in fact this book is good for writing code instead of getting certified in SCJP. The rest, I was working on all the mock exams that I fond in this site, and some other site.
I appreciate all ur guys work on the site which give me a great help.
For the test itself, I experienced with Socket, Daemon Thread / user Thread, mediaTracker in today's test which I didn't pay much attention in my preparation. I also have some difficulties with Garbage Collection which was more difficulty than I thought. Anyway I passed. It takes four months for me to familiar with Java and get certified.
