hi Bartenders, Sheriffs and all the other Administrators/Moderators, The section on Campfire Stories is one of the best explanations given to understand topics like "Polymorphism" and "Pass-by-Value". It is of a great use for all beginners especially if they are visual learners. My only concern was: Why did you stop with those few topics? It would be of great help to many people if we could include more and more of such programming/java topics with such terrific explanations.
I think that there is some more content coming soon. Remember that someone has to WRITE such things first, and that takes some effort. We DO publish a monthly newsletter also to help teach java related topics.

If you love the Campfire Stories you should have a look at Kathy & Bert's new book Head First Java, as quite a few, if not most, of the campfire stories were written by Kathy. Some of the campfire stories also appear in the book & I assume that some of the new campfire stories would come out of the book. ps the book will "hit the streets" in May [ April 10, 2003: Message edited by: Johannes de Jong ]
Howdy! A lot more campfire stories will be coming soon , all from the new book. The MINUTE the book is completely out of our hands (either today or tomorrow!) we will start preparing them for posting here. There will also be more puzzles and exercises coming.
cheers, Kathy p.s. it's been a long time since Clover's first polymorphism days, but she's really come a long way since then. In fact, in our house, she's really the only one that gets any steady contract programming work these days.
