Retaking the exam

At sun's site, the question & answer are as follows :
CAN I RETAKE THE EXAM?
Yes. You may retake the exam as many times as you like, however you must wait a minimum of 2 weeks before taking the same exam more than once. If you happen to fail an exam, please use the score report breakdown of your exam to determine your areas of weakness, then spend some time doing further study in those areas
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN EXACTLY ?
Does it mean that if somebody does not clear it in first attempt, he/she can take it again ? in that case, does one have to register again ? does one have to pay the fees again ?

Hi Kav
Answer to most of the questions you have asked is "yes".
You can retake the exam any time after two weeks and you need to pay again for a fresh exam.
