Remember, when you purchased the voucher, they did not tell you anything about the "Agreement" and you did not sign anything. Now, when somebody takes the
test it is entirely possible that he/she may not agree with the terms and in that case he/she can press "not agree". Legally,
you should get your money back because you did not take their services because of "their" conditions. (Of course, you did it by mistake but you need not broad cast it!!!)
I think it is utter non-sense to have a page long terms/conditions, put them as questions and on top of it include them in the time limit. I doubt if anybody has ever read it completely (who would want to waste time on this instead of the actual questions?) and in that case the whole point of making the people read the conditions is defeated!
