hi all,
plzz can someone explain this,
Array size is never specified with the reference variable, it is always maintained with array object.
plzz give example.

I am not sure what that statement means....
Array size is specified when the array is created, and this size
is always available as the length variable attached to the array object. If you have someFunction that returns a String array:
String[] ar = someFunction();
for( int i = 0 ; i < ar.length ; i++ ){
System.out.println( ar[ i ] );
}

FYI, this code throws a NullPointerException if the someFunction() returns null.

I think what that's trying to say is that you do not specify an array's size as part of the type. For example, you say...

You do not say...
