multipleline comments done in between /*.....*/ this way
but in applet code it is used as part of code .can anybody
explain me.

You can provide an example of this if you like, but there's nothing about Applet code that makes special programmatic use of multiline comments.

Hi chaitanya,
The only one special place of multiline comments in an Applet file is that instead of creating a html file for applet u can put the html code for running that applet inside the multiline comment in your applet's java file. and nowu can run this java file directly from appletviewer
