I have been studying for SCJP for a little over a month. I came to know of this site about two and a half weeks back. Prior to coming here, i had already given the Marcus Green exams and scored 80%, 90% and 79% in the three exams resp. Threads and IO was my weak areas. So when I purchased JQ+, I gave the customised test on both the topics. Man, they really get into the crust. I just about managed to clear them (61% on threads and 69% on IO). Then, i read through and understood the wrond answers. Then I gave the random test a few days back and scored 75%. Now with this score, I feel I am confident to appear for the SCJP. But then again, that little doubt still remains.
Do I need to go, ahead and complete all the test before the actual exam? What do you people think?
There is one thing though that I would like to mention .... Whether you get a chance to work on Java or not, at least you come on terms with its fundamentals; which is a great thing.
regards,
JAI
