Dear fellows,
i have a querry regarding the appearence of a candidate for the SCJP exam from different platforms e.g a candidate can appear for SCJP from Oracle platform, IBM platform or Sun platform...
the thing i wanna ask...does it make any diffference or not?
as somebody has told me that the SCJP exam is the same weather you appear from any of the above disscussed platforms

Many companies are involved in a cross-company effort at JCert, which offers a development path that can be "Vendor specialized".
Of course step one in ALL of the vendor specific paths is passing the SUN Certified Java Programmer exam - THEN you can specialize.
