How to download a specific applet of a mock exam and take the exam offline? How can i find the class file?

Many of them you can't because they don't want people stealing questions for personal use.

All applets are developed by different people and so work differently. You have to ask the owner of the applet on how to do that. Some applets get the questions from the server on the fly, so even if you get the class files you may not be able to use it offline.
