"Quotes" or no Quotes

I am appearing for THE test tommorrow, I wanted to know from all of you who have been there, whether I should include my answer in "QUOTES" or not.

According to the RHE book, the test is designed so that all variations that are reasonable are accepted so I wouldn't worry about it.
