I am just wondering besides multiple choices, if there is any written questions in SCJP Exam?

Hi Jessica
Filling in the blanks are the only written questions you will encounter, e.g. What does the String s1 output......, Fill in the type of class that should be least restrictive allowing inheritance........(public SomeClass extends...)etc etc.
These type of written questions are very short and knowledge permitting should only take less than 2 minutes.
I encountered 4 of these type of questions in my exam, this is one of the places i slipped up on by leaving out " " which i think counted......needless to say i am retaking the exam next week.
Hope this helps
John Paul

Also, the multiple choice questions consist of questions where this is only one answer, and questions where there can be multiple correct answers (I call them "multiple multiple choice"). In the case of "multiple multiple choice" you will be told how many answers will be correct for the question (ie, this question will have 3 correct answers).
Good Luck,
Mark

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
