Hi

We have a jws application deployed in the client machine. And the client machine has a shortcut to this jws app. But when the new version of our application was installed, the shortcut is still pointing to the old version. Is there a way to update the shortcut through the jnlp?

Any help is greatly appreciated

Thanks

Hi Radha :
Just Give the client the link to your JWS Application again. Perhaps you might have added or deleted more Jars. The other option is Ask the client to clear off his/her cache, by opening the Java Webstart Application.

I hope this helps.
