Hi All,
In a client server architecture, what is the best way of getting the data from a Database on the Client Side, so that i need not hit the DB more than once.(Assuming that there is no change in the Database.)
I am using
Java
technology.
regards,
Abhay

Since intelligent caching offers big performance improvement, there has been a LOT of Java activity in this area. Here are two sources of interest:
http://jcache.sourceforge.net/
<- generalized caching ref JSR 107
https://whirlycache.dev.java.net/
<- recent release, claims great speed
