java.nbio Vs JNI

java included new package nbio, previously we used JNI. Performance-wise which is better?

I don't now what "nbio" you are referring to.

Generally speaking, though, JNI comes with its own overhead, so typically it should only be used for things that you simply *can't* do in pure Java.

Then I don't think there would be any reason to continue JNI in this case.
