Hello,
where can I find any information about JAVA architecture ?
How classes (eg. ArrayList, Vector, etc.) are implemented ?
What data structures are used as a 'templates' for complex classes ?

This kind of information.

Thanks for any help!

ps: This knowledge would be helpfull for performance coding

In your JAVA_HOME, there is a file, called src.zip.
This contains the source of the java-classes.

Actually I think the source is a separate download these days since the standard library has gotten so large.
See this download page for Java 1.5
They are requiring a simple no-cost license.
