Hello Ranchers,

We are trying to run JProbe 7.0 on Linux Fedora box. However it is not working? The integration settings are proper (it works on Windows with the similar settings). But on linux, it does not launch the Weblogic instance.

Has anybody faced this problem before? Is there any solution to this?
Please provide your valuable inputs.

Cheers,
Steve

Haven't tried it out with JProbe 7. I have worked on JProbe 6 though. Can you post the errors here.

Rajesh,

Thanks for your response on my post. The problem is not yet solved.
What's more interesting is that there are no errors except two important observations -

a\ JProbe launches the Analysis Engine (Performance/Memory as configured) and the Connection Manager processes. However it fails to launch the application server (we are using WebLogic 9.1)

b\ If the JProbe Launcher console is configured to aquire a connection to the Analysis Engine, it keeps on trying for a while and then fails to get a connection. The core Jprobe processes as mentioned above are not affected and continue to run.

Do you have any guesses about the possible problem?

Cheers,
Steve
