JSP application to a Portlet

I am using RAD to convert a JSP application (existing) into a Portlet (JSR 168 ).This is my first portlet ever .I was wondering if I could get any Tutorial to start with .I saw one with JSF but I would be more comfortable with one with a simple JSP without any framework.

It's Jetspeed specific, but the concepts apply pretty evenly to JSR-168, although the code is a little different.
