Reason: Can't find resource for bundle java.util.PropertyResourceBundle, key ?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?
The content of the logfile is:

Please any of them,let me know what would be the problem.
Actually everything is working fine in my local system but not working fine in the production.Is there would be any configuration issuE??
