Hi,all guys,
I am using the BufferedReader class just like following when I wrote the socket communication:
new BufferedReader(new InputStreamReader(socket.getInputStream()));
and I use the readLine() method of it, but when the client of
socket closes, the cpu will increase too 100%, I found that the IOException of the server thread wasn't thrown.
Is is a bug in JDK or sth else?
thanks for your reply.

I have experienced this, search the Sun site particularly the bug database. If you dont' find anything consider submitting it to it.
Please read the following on Naming Policy. It's for your benefit. Periodically we do a book give away and you have to have a proper name to be entered. In fact right now we are doing a book give away on XP for those who post to that forum and are properly registered.
Looking forward to your posts
