posting order in forums incorrect  RSS feed

The last couple of days, one posting has been out of order on the JSP page.
Near the middle of the page are the following three posts:
-Taglibs Rajeev Iyer 0 August 06, 2003 02:57 AM
-compare year and date ?? majid nakit 3 October 23, 2001 02:31 PM
-JSP + static variables Mike B 6 August 06, 2003 01:53 AM
The middle one is from a long time ago, not a recent post.
Not a big deal. Just wanted to mention it...

The problem is that if you add a comment and then delete your comment, the thread will be promoted on the list but the date will reflect the old date.
