Does java provides a package or utility for Voice over IP? if any one knows about this plz inform me.. i want to communicate between IP-IP and IP to phone.

Hi,
It is a nice quesyion. Even i would like to know about this. But i feel that most of VoIP are based on embedded systems and DSP. Anyhow i would like to know about this in detail.

Sun also provides Java API for embedded system. there are two versions available on sun's java home,
Embedded Java and Personal Java
