Connecting to a script

I am trying to connect to a server script through various means using URLs. The first example comes out to be encoded as:

 <A HREF="http://www.somesite.com/file.dll?var1=value1&var2=value2" TARGET=_blank rel="nofollow">http://www.somesite.com/file.dll?var1=value1&var2=value2</A> 

for this form.

The problem I have is the form below. How would I add the value of someScript to my request? Would I add it to the header, what value would I use?
