need some help on socket error

Hi, i am working on jsp, tomcat, jdk1.3 for webpage. My problem is when i browse the index site there is error in tomcat as "2001-09-24 22:16:31 - Ctx( /examples ): IOException in: R( /examples + /jsp/p/s/sc/images/upper_banner.gif + null) Connection reset by peer: socket write error
