Hey!!!
If u have already included JSSE then try this
Security.addProvider(new com.sun.net.ssl.internal.ssl.Provider());
System.setProperty("java.protocol.handler.pkgs", "com.sun.net.ssl.internal.www.protocol");
SocketPermission p1=new SocketPermission("192.168.1.8:1024-","connect,accept,listen,resolve");
SocketPermission p2=new SocketPermission("192.168.1.251:1024-","connect,accept,listen,resolve");
and all the applicable properties line java.socket.netpermission etc.,
Try this out

Alternatively, you can deploy JSSE as an installed extension. Details are in the installation instructions that come with the download.
In J2SE 1.4, JSSE is built in.
