Hi,
currently i send a Byte-Array to the server and when the server send back a message, i know it is online. Now my problem is, it is a little bit slow. I check all together with threads but it also takes while to finish. How can i improve it?

What purpose does this confirmation serve? After all, assuming you're using TCP/IP rather than UDP, the protocol takes care of setting up a connection and making sure everything arrives in good order. In other words, if you can connect to the remote server and send the ByteArray without the Socket throwing an exception at you, you know the remote server is up.
If, on the other hand, you want confirmation of the fact that some server-side processing has completed successfully, you seem to be doing the right thing.
Mit freundlichem Gruss,
- Peter
