Hi,
i'm just wondering if you know if it is possible to check the status of a SmtpClient.
I.E. If I create a new client as follows
SmtpClient smtp = new SmtpClient("test2002@mytestclient.com");
Can I test if the the smtp client is available to use or exists.
It's just that I am having difficulties with a SMTP address I am using in that it is not always available (although it is most of teh time). I want to check if it is available, and if not return an error message.
I would have thoughtn there would be a method belonging
to the SmtpClient class which I could use, but not sure which one to use if one actually exists.
Any help would be great.
