Secure socket in commons-net FTPClient  RSS feed

Hello all,

I wanted to know how can I enable secure cocket transaction using FTPClient class in apache commons-net library.

Seeing as how there are a lot of commercial implementations like the following, I'm thinking you might have to implement it yourself if you don't want to buy it:

Just like how I've been craving to be able to use Java to unzip a file that's encrypted the same way as Pkzip and Winzip have been doing for years and years (without using Bouncy Castle or some stuff currently-over-my-head-and-to-timeconsuming-to-read-up-on stuff).

Um, Java can read and write ZIP natively...
