how to see the client's ip address in access.log

I have a setup as content switches -> weblogic servers.
Here when a client connects to a weblogic server through the content switch I see the content switch in the access log files created on weblogic's side.
I need to see the actual client ip on these access logs.
Does anyone know how to achieve it. I have tried things on this link :
