The error message says clearly that there is no server process listening at the given address at the expected port. So, some things to check:

Is the server actually running?

Are you deliberately running the server on an unexpected port?

Is the rmiregistry running on the given host?

Does the given machine have multiple addresses? Perhaps the rmiregistry is only bound to one of them.

Are there firewalls or NAT boxes involved (looks like there are, as that looks like a typical NAT address). Are both the client and server on the same subnet?
