Cyber cafe system problems.Pls help

Im doin a cyber cafe system as my final year project now.Im new on JAVA and face a lot of problem now.Actually how to reboot and shutdown then client pc at the server site?And how to block the client pc to do anything before the server is enable it?
Anyone hav the idea pls help me...and if u hav the example pls send to me so...Thx a lot all kinda...

Now, as to your questions: frankly, you'll be fighting an uphill battle doing any of the things you describe, as none of them are things that you can do directly in Java. You'd need to choose a specific OS and then use OS-specific APIs to do the work; you certainly could then use Java as a layer on top of that, but the real effort would lie in non-Java code.

But how i communicate to the OS API by using JAVA?

I don't know what to tell you. That's the link they give in the JDK 1.4 release notes and it worked when I posted it. If it doesn't get fixed, there's no shortage of JNI tutorials on the internet.
