How to read remote files on Unix Machine from Windows Local Host  RSS feed

Hi,

Can any one tell me how read remote files on Unix Machine from Windows Local Host, (API to be used), How to provide specific
path where the File is located on the remote Unix machine, and
the username password to login to remote host to access the file
from java program

you can use FTP or SSH clients librarys to connect to remote unix machine and do file download.Before you connect, make sure FTP or SSH server is running on the machine you are connecting.

There are implementation which help in this regard.
