Does anyone know any java ssh library that has an implementation for dynamic port forwarding(the equivalent of the ssh -D command in openssh)?

Are you referring to ssh port forwarding? Not sure if this will help but take a look at the com.jscape.inet.ipclientssh.IpClientSsh class
