Hi All,
Now am in local network.I want to access my client network through the VPN and access some files from my machine itself without disconnecting my primary network(Local network). Is it possible to write code for this in JAVA.

You might think about exploring possibilities with SSH (Secure Shell). I have not researched it exhaustively but I believe that you can "port forward" that is... open a secure port through to another machine... then, another application, even a standard one, can open that secure port on the local machine and use the secure connection. Much like VPN tunneling. This is mostly a Unix/Linux thing but I think that there are implementations for Windows that work well.
