I'm trying to access data on an HTML website that is using frames. I'm not sure how to do a get request on a specific frame in a website.

An example would be trying to access the "mid" frame which is menu.cgi from the HTML below.

Any tips would be appreciated. Thank you for your time.

I'd use the jWebUnit library for this. It can retrieve pages via HTTP, and knows how to deal with frames (meaning it makes it easy to get at the individual frames). See its Quick Start page, which also contains a section about frames.

Don't be put off by the fact that it's labeled as a unit testing extension - it works great for any kind of programmatic access to web sites.
