HTTP 503 is the standard HTTP error that means "Service Unavailable."
* It can mean that a required program has not yet been started on the server or has crashed
* HTTP 503 might indicate other types of network or server errors.
* You often see HTTP 503 when a website has exceeded its monthly bandwidth allowance.
* A Connection to a database has failed or is misconfigured
* The server may be forbidden from giving you the requested document
* Your Web server is effectively 'closed for repair'. It is still functioning minimally because it can at least respond with a 503 status code, but full service is impossible i.e. your Web site is simply unavailable. There are a myriad possible reasons for this, but generally it is because of some human intervention by the operators of your Web server machine. You can usually expect that someone is working on the problem, and normal service will resume as soon as possible.
* Please contact the system operators of your Web site (e.g. your ISP) to determine why the service is down. They will be in a much better position to help you than we are for this type of error.

Solution: You might need to restart your server.

URL and Session ID: Session ID is an id tracked by the server for the session you connected to the server. If cookie is available, most server would use the cookie to keep track, else, it will attempt to use the url rewrite to embed the session id to it.
