1) Participate in the design & development of an integrated Customer Order Management System for Network Services. Will analyze project requirements, provide technology recommendations and assist in the design, development, documentation, enhancement,
testing & maintenance of the Order Activation System, with the primary focus being client development.Primary Skills:
Java, Visual Basic 6.0, SQL,
JDBC, Object Oriented Design & Development within a multi-tiered environment.
Secondary Skills:Desirable skills & experiences also include,
EJB, WebLogic application servers, CORBA, COM, Object Modeling, Rational Products (Requisite Pro,
Rose) Oracle & Database Design.
Comments/Add: Must enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, taking a high level of ownership to produce customer-focused solutions. Understanding of telecommunication (switched & data) services fundamentals is desired.
Requirement Details:
Degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required. At least 1 year Object Oriented programming in a multi-tiered system architecture, be familiar with UML notation, be a highly motivated self-starter with strong leadership, analytical, project management & communication skills. Experience in the "Primary Skills" is a must.
2) Participate in the design & development of an Integrated Customer Order Management System for Network services. Analyze project requirements, provide technology recommendations & assist in the design, development, documentation, enhancement, testing & maintenance of the Order Activation System with the primary focus being data migration with client development.Primary Skills:Oracle, SQL Server, PL SQL, JAVA, Visual Basic 6.0, JDBC, Object Oriented Design & Development within a multi-tiered environment.
Secondary Skills:Desirable skills & experiences also include, EJB, WebLogic application servers, CORBA, COM, object modeling & Rational products (Requisite Pro, Rose).
Comments/Add: Must enjoy working in a fas-paced team environment, taking a high level of ownership to produce customer-focused solutions. An understanding of telecommunication (switched & data) services fundamentals is desired.

Must have experience with large-scale data migration projects, specifically from SQL Server to Oracle. Experience in the "Primary Skills" is a must.
3) Participate in the design & development of an Integrated Customer Order Management System for Network services. Analyze project requirements, provide technology recommendations, & assist in the design, development, documentation, enhancement, testing & maintenance of the Order Activation System with the primary focus being middle-tier development.Primary Skills:Object Oriented Designed & Development within a multi-tiered environment, JAVA/EJB, WebLogic Application Server, SQL, JDBC, Oracle
Secondary Skills:Desirable skills & experiences also include Object Modeling, Visual Basic 6.0, CORBA/COM, Rational Products (Requisite Pro, Rose), Oracle, & database design.

Primary Skills:Object Theory, Entity Relational Modeling or Conceptual Data Modeling & Database Design, UML Notation
Secondary Skills:Familiarity with Ration Unified Process is strongly desired, experience using Rational products (Requisite Pro, Rose).

Requirement Details:
Degree in MIS, Computer Science or equivalent work experience is required. Greater than 1 year in Object Oriented Modeling. Must be able to demonstrate and understanding of Analysis vs. Design concepts, an abstraction of descriptions, the ability to speak in business terms regarding real world business scenarios & a proper understanding of meta-language. Excellent communications skills with a very good knowledge of English grammar.
The positions listed above are going to be a 6+ month Contract, possible Contract for Permanent!! Our client is very heavy into JAVA, EJB, WEBLOGIC, CORBA, OO design and architecture, and GUI applications!!
