It is admirable that many book authors join the ranch and offer copies of their books for giveaways. It's good "publicity" (they get their books knows which can translate to probably good sales) and at the same time "assistance" (giving away)... Just wondering why the software authors aren't taking notice of the power of javaranch so that topics similar to the above will exist... hik!

Maybe because a book costs $30 and the software you mentioned costs $3,500.

Yes Thomas. And also possibly because with the specific product in question another version will be out next week (update only $2400!).
