I was getting the exception
ClassNotFoundException: Server_Stub
when I tried to to run my server.
To fix the problem I made sure that the rmiregistry was in the same class path as the stub.
It now works, but then I read the following:

Note: Before you start the rmiregistry, you must make sure that the shell or window in which you will run the registry either has no CLASSPATH set or has a CLASSPATH that does not include the path to any classes that you want downloaded to your client, including the stubs for your remote object implementation classes.

Could someone explain this? It seems like If I dont do what they are saying not to do it doesn't work.
Thanks,
Nathan
