Hello all, I have a major problem. Let me begin by saying it is not a code problem. I have tested many simple applications, they work on aone but not the other.

The first application is a client / server where the client dynamically loads the stub. The rmiregistry starts as normal, the server starts and binds what seems to be normal and waits. The client seems to lookup ok, but bombs out with the connection refused when the first method of the remote object is invoked.
Second application, 1 class that binds itself, and tries to do a lookup. With registry running it bombs out at the bind call.
Third app, client / remote / and server classes all in same directory. No dynamic class loading occuring. Start rmiregistry ok, start server, bombs out at bind.
These all happen on the same machine, put exact code on another machine and it works fine. Has to be an environment issue. Any ideas... Class paths seem to be virtually the same, " . " is included in both
