I've been looking at different ways of distributing the Stub file to a client of an rmi server. It's taking a lot of time and I think it makes as much sense to distrobute it with the client in the first place.
Could those of you with experience in this area give your' thoughts on whether this is 'acceptable'.
Thanks in advance,

If you don't need the benefit of dynamic downloading, then putting the stub in a client jar file works just fine.
Dynamic stub downloading is a lot of fun once you get the hang of it, but if you don't need to use it then you can eliminate a little delivery risk and program latency by just bundling it in with the service interface you already have to send.

Thanks Michael,
I thought with so many articles on the web about it that it was a 'must' but it will cut down on a lot of time for a college project that has a looming deadline.
