Hi , We have java code compiled in 1.3.1 and have client and server running on 1.4.1 The Application uses RMI to communicate. can there be problrms because of Code being compiled on 1.3.1 and exicuted on 1.4.1 Any Thoughts/ Suggestions are welcomed. Cheers
Unless you're exchanging actual code in serialized form between client and server, I can't see the potential problem. You should of course consult release notes for the two versions, plus any version releases in between, to ensure no substantive changes in the security or serialization models has occurred.
