I have JDK 1.3.1 Runign on my Solaris Machine.
I have Installed JDK 1.4.1 Also.
I want some processes to run on Old 1.3.1 and some on 1.4.1
How do i achieve this ?

Invoke the JVM in question by using the full directory path to the one you want, e.g.:
# /usr/java1.3/bin/java ProcessOne
# /usr/java1.4/bin/java ProcessTwo
