I am workin in one small project using MulticastSocket
the problem i got is
when i run the application everything work except the receive module.
It is a speparate thread that contains only one method to run the receive method from MulticastSocket
the problem is that everytime i send smth it deosn't deletes the previous message so I got both String the curent one and the previous one

Have you checked to be sure that you aren't infact sending the old msg +the new msg? Maybe didn't empty a stringbuffer before you appended to it?
I don't know much about the multicast stuff, but this is something that could cause what you are seeing.
