There is no right or wrong answer to that question. Everyone feels that the IDE/Editor they use and feel comfortable with is the best. You might consider asking more specific questions in the future. In the meantime you can search this and the IDE forum for many many similar discussions in the recent past.

You are wrong in saying that sheriff, Actually some IDEs are better than others, IDEs are like cars they help you in getting to your destination, some take you there faster some slower some it has everything built in , some you have to install plugins, all i did was ask a question to get a general view, or is there Something wrong in that???

And asari was right , Sun Java Studio is the best cos i have tried the big 4 IDE

IDE's are like cars. I like Chevy's. Maybe you like Fords. Nothing wrong with asking. I was mearly suggesting you glance at other threads over the same topic to get more information.

On a side note, I took a look at ADF the other day and there are some good components coming in the recent release. It's also important to know that you can use ADF outside of JDevelopor with any IDE or Editor. As long as they stay non-commercial I'd be willing to utalize them.
