hi - i have a page with a selectOneRadio tag that is binded to
a backing bean. i also have a submit button.
when the form is submitted, the item selected in the selectOneRadio
is set to the binded value. i know this for a fact as
i put a "debug outputtext" that is binded to the same
attribute that is binded to the selectOneRadio.
my problem is that SOMETIMES, no item is selected in the selectOneRadio tag
although the correct value is binded. when i resubmit or refresh,
again - SOMETIMES the correct item is selected and sometimes it is not.
i think it is important to point out that (although i dont think
this has anything to do with it as i see that the value is correct)
that the button sent via immediate="true".

Please help?

Welcome to Javaranch. We don't have too many rules around here but we do have a Naming Policy. Please adjust your display name accordingly. You can do so by clicking here.

Thank you.

As far as your question in concerned, it would be helpful if you provided the relavent parts of your code so that we can better determine what your problem(s) might be.

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
