I have a page with header, footer and body using <x anelLayout>.
This works fine.
The body itself I need to devide into two part (left and right). This seems to be harder than I thought. I've tried using h anelGrid with 2 columns. This is fine, but I want the two columns to live separate lives. Now the left column i much higher than the right, so everything on the right side appears in the center of that site, not on the top. I've tried using text-align=right and vertical-align=top in the stylesheet, but that doesn't help.

Does someone know how I can do such alignments, simply devide the body into two sides? Can I handle this using jsf-layout or does it have to be fixed using css (which I can't figure out)!

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
