I read Bear's article on the "The Constant Constants Consternation"...
It addressed the precise issue I was wondering about when I searched for and found his article. Very useful. I am attempting to apply Bear's work in one of my applications for referencing constants in my jsps.
I haven't quite got it working yet.
I notice that the referenced
URL no longer seems to be valid unless I am missing something.
I am referencing the ccc.tld locally in WEBINF from <%@ taglib .... but the actual ccc.tld references

just ixnay all of those reference?
I am a little new to custom tags. Sorry for the elementary question!
